Administrative Assistant to our growing family.

– Requesting pricing and lead times from outsourcing vendors and maintaining electronic records
– Creating purchase orders to outsourcing vendors using E2 shop system
– Tracking vendor progress and keeping electronic records of status
– Urgently requesting vendor packing list and certification changes
– When requested, accurately advising customers on current status of standard and expedited orders
– Regretfully informing customers of delays well ahead of their due dates
– Maintaining electronic records of status changes inside E2 and modifying the due dates on in-process prints

Schedule: M-F 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
