Administrative Assistant:

Responsibilities would include:

  • Managing the various aspects of vendor outsourcing for customer orders
  • – Requesting pricing and lead times from outsourcing vendors and maintaining electronic records
    – Creating purchase orders to outsourcing vendors using E2 shop system
    – Tracking vendor progress and keeping electronic records of status
    – Urgently requesting vendor packing list and certification changes

  • Tracking the status of incoming job requirements (ie: materials, fasteners,) in cooperation with other purchasing agents and maintaining electronic records of current status
  • Communicating effectively and respectfully with customers on current job status
  • – When requested, accurately advising customers on current status of standard and expedited orders
    – Regretfully informing customers of delays well ahead of their due dates
    – Maintaining electronic records of status changes inside E2 and modifying the due dates on in-process prints

  • Scanning set-up sheets and other manufacturing records and accurately attaching them into their respective areas
  • Scanning completed prints / time sheets and attaching them to their respective job numbers inside E2 shop system
  • Maintain various Quality Management System records are required

  • The ideal candidate would have:

    • High School Diploma/GED
    • Strong Work Ethic
    • Good Computer Skills
    • Good Communication Skills

    Experience with the following programs helpful:

    • Excel
    • Word
    • E2 Shop System
    • Adobe

    Location: Hortonville, WI
    Compensation: $16.00 per hour starting
    Schedule: M-F 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
